Capital Bank. The 74,000 square feet office building is located on 3001 Emrick
Boulevard in Bethlehem and sold for 11.2 million dollars.
Headquartered in Bethlehem, Team Capital Bank
is one of the faster growing de novo banks in the country. They provide a
comprehensive set of financial services, including traditional retail and
commercial banking products, mortgage banking and commercial lending.
