Brandywine Sells Interest in 398-Unit Parc at Plymouth Meeting
Brandywine Realty Trust has sold its 50-percent ownership interest in the 398-unit Parc at Plymouth Meeting apartments at 134 Plymouth Rd. in Plymouth Meeting, PA for $100.5 million, or about $505,000 per unit, to Toll Brothers Apartment Living.
