"SAP's new North American headquarters expansion in Newtown Square has been awarded LEED platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, its highest ranking. At 218,000 square feet, the four-story office complex is believed to be the largest LEED platinum-certified building in Pennsylvania.
Just 5 percent of all LEED-certified commercial projects are platinum. The building's water-management system is expected to save more than one million gallons a year."
