Festival Cos Sells Palmer Town Center in Easton

The Festival Companies sold the Palmer Town Center at 500-821 S. 25th St. in Easton, PA for $31.75 million, or about $207 per square foot, to Phillips Edison & Company.

Built in 2005 at the corner of Dearborn in Philadelphia's Lehigh/Northampton submarket, the shopping center totals 153,085 square feet and is anchored by Giant and Marshalls with inline space and outlots occupied by Papa John's Pizza, Aaron's, Dairy Queen and BB&T. A separately-owned Home Depot shadow anchors the center.
