Seven large commercial real estate
transactions, in multiple markets, totaling over 700,000SF in the last twelve
months, were completed for the West Chester, PA firm Communications Test Design
Inc. or CTDI.

and needed to enter new markets quickly with adequate space to meet their

There were 7 transactions successfully
completed consisting of 5 new leases and 2 renewals across several markets,
including: Portland, Phoenix, Wichita, Atlanta and Toronto among others.”
