"Domtar Paper, a paper manufacturer, signed a five-year lease for 299,000 square feet in the warehouse building at 16 E. Cabot Blvd. in Langhorne, PA.
The one-story building in the Bucks County Business Park delivered in 1972 and sits on approximately 20 acres. The site has over 100 parking spaces, 18 loading docks, and four drive-in bays.
Domtar Corporation started in 2006 and has approximately 8,500 employees in 10 mills across the United States and Canada."
