The Butz Corporate Center leased 6,000/ft. to KEMA USA Inc.
KEMA employs 2500 people, is headquartered in Burlington, MA and is a technical
consultant to the electric power and related energy companies.
The Butz Corporate Center is now fully leased
and they are seeking tenants for the 50,000/ft expansion space which will be
ready for occupancy this summer and is located in the Neighborhood Improvement
Zone.
