Philadelphia-based Stateside Vodka signed a lease for 40,000 square feet of space at Crown 95 Logistics Center at 956 E. Erie Ave. in North Philadelphia.
Court Street Ventures completed the 381,200-square-foot distribution center this winter. Stateside Vodka, known for its hand-crafted vodkas and ready-to-drink cocktails, plans to use the space for warehousing and distribution.
