The transactions consist of the following:
- Main Line Health leased 4,304 square feet of office space at Spring Mill Corporate Center (1100 E. Hector Street) in Conshohocken, PA. This is a new medical office for Main Line Health.
- Nevyas Eye Associates, renewed their lease at Two Bala Plaza in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Nevyas Eye Associates occupies 13,362 square feet in the building's plaza level.
- WCR Incorporated, a leader in heat exchangers and parts, leased 12,200 square feet of industrial warehouse space at 4080 Blanche Road in Bensalem, PA.
- 3 lease transactions at One Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.
- Oasis Dental signed a new lease for 3,133 SF on the 5th floor.
- Sovereign Bank renewed its lease for 5,389 SF on the 1st floor.
- Durst, Goldner & Gordon, Esquires, renewed their lease for 1,457 SF.
