Wheeler Real Estate has acquired a portion of the Winslow Plaza Shopping Center at 542 Berlin Cross Keys Rd. in Sicklerville, NJ from RPC Real Estate LLC for $6.61 million, or about $162 per square foot.
The 40,695-square-foot building was 91 percent occupied at the time of sale, part of the 109,018-square-foot shopping center. ShopRite, not included in the sale, is the premier anchor at this shopping center with 16 other retail stores. The transaction marks Wheeler's entry into New Jersey.
