320 Stewart Rd, a 108,000 square foot building in Hanover Industrial Estate, has been fully leased by E-Commerce order fulfillment company, Webgistix. The company expects to create dozens of additional jobs at the new location.
The single-story industrial building on 11.7 acres was constructed in 1999. It has 30-foot ceilings and 20 loading docks. The property is easily accessible to I-81 via route 29.
