Erdner Brothers, a trucking and transportation company, has signed a one-year expansion lease for an additional 197,000 square feet in the industrial building at 51 W. Park Ave. in Vineland, NJ.
Erdner Brothers previously occupied 53,000 square feet in the building, and now leases 250,000 square feet there. The industrial building totals about 270,000 square feet, with PODS currently occupying the remaining 20,000 square feet.
