Edge Fitness has leased 48,776 square feet at Echelon Village Plaza in Voorhees, New Jersey.
The gym chain plans to move in summer 2020.
The shopping center at 1120 White Horse Road spans 21.2 acres less than 16 miles from downtown Philadelphia.
