HomeSense, a home décor retailer, has signed a lease for 22,710 square feet in the Fairfield Place shopping center at 123 Swedesford Rd. in Exton, PA.
The shopping center totals 335,864 square feet and was built in 1990. It was developed by the Eisenberg Company and is currently owned by R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc. Other tenants there include Giant, Ross, Staples, T.J Maxx and Toys R Us.
Joe Waters of R.J. Waters handled the direct lease negotiations in-house.
