A local investor has acquired the office building at 2301 Renaissance Blvd. in King of Prussia, PA for $47 million, or about $248 per square foot, from Liberty Property Trust (LPT).
The seller delivered the five-story, 190,000-square-foot property in 2002 to 15.6 acres in Montgomery County, within the 200-acre Renaissance Business Park and near downtown Conshohocken, Radnor, the King of Prussia Mall, Center City and Philadelphia International Airport. The asset currently serves as Vertex, Inc.’s international headquarters.
