Kimco, CPPIB Sell 267,000-SF Shopping Center in Quakertown
Katz Properties, a real estate investment, development and management company, acquired the Richland Marketplace shopping center at 600-690 N. West End Blvd. in Quakertown, PA for $47.2 million, or about $177 per square foot, from Kimco Realty Corporation and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB).
