18-Story Tower Currently Under Construction
UPenn Medicine - Center for Healthcare Technology has signed a lease for 30,000 square feet in the in-development office building rising at 3600 Civic Center Blvd. in Philadelphia, PA.
The 18-story building is currently under construction and expected to deliver in January 2020. It will total 540,000 square feet and broke ground in May 2017. It is owned by the Trustees of University of Pennsylvania.
UPenn’s lease includes the first floor of the building.
